In the family portal you sign the forms the agency sends you, confirm your child's upcoming visits or ask to cancel one, and receive the documents the agency shares with you.

How you get access

1. When your child starts with us, the agency sends you an invitation by email.
2. Open the link of the invitation and create your password. The link works for a few days, until you create the password.
3. From then on, sign in here with that email and your password.

Didn't get the invitation?

Look in your spam folder first. If it is not there, or its link no longer works, call us or write to us and we will send you a new one.
